I am unable to adjust the levels through: MCT6, windows control panel, or through ASIO4ALL panel, or possibly I can adjust it a little, but even at minumum level, it still clips. Hi Seth, I am having the exact same issue, except that I am using a ZOOM G7.1UT multi effects pedal (with USB out) as my interface. If this is still too high with everything turned down, it's likely a driver/hardware mixer issue.

The volume controls in MC6T represent the sound input from the card drivers. It sounds like it's an issue on the hardware end though. Click the button and follow the prompts. I am not just using a direct input into the sound card so this does not work. The only things i can find on google or the cakewalk site just state "Lower the volume until the channel does not clip at all", without instructions on how to do so outside of the sound mixing tool within Windows.

I have also tried lowering the track gain and volume within Music Creator with no visible results. When i use it with Music Creator, the track clips immediately, and any volume changes within that program, on the unit itself or sound mixers within windows OS are unable to lower it so it does not clip.
